Bahan
- 300 g ikan mackerel
- 1 sendok teh cabe merah yang telah dihaluskan
- 1 siung bawang putih, haluskan
- 3 siung bawang merah, haluskan
- 1 buah tomat
- 2 asam kandis
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- air 1 liter
Cara pembuatan
- masukkan cabe, bawang putih, bawang merah asam kandis daun jeruk, daun salam dan air, rebus sampai mendidih.
- Masukkan ikan, biarkan selama 10 menit
- siap disajikan.
Ingredients
- 300 g Mackerel fish
- 1 teaspoon of smooth chili
- 1 clove of garlic, grind
- 3 cloves of onion, grind
- 1 tomato
- 2 asam kandis
- 2 lime leaves
- water 1 liter
Procedure
- Put all of ingredients into pan, and add water, boil
- Add fish, leave it for 10 minutes.
- Ready to serve
