Urap-Vegetables with Grated Cocounut
Bahan:
100 gram toge
1 buah wortel, potong sesuai selera
1 buah mentimun
100 g kelapa parut instant (1/2 butir kelapa parut segar)
1 batang sereh, iris halus
25 gram udang kering
4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
2 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
1 sendok teh cabai merah halus
1 sendok teh garam
Cara Membuat
Campurkan bawang merah, cabe dan kelapa, kemudian sangrai hingga kecoklatan.
Tambahkan udang kering, aduk dan masak sampai harum
Tambahkan sereh, wortel, aduk selama 5 menit, kemudian masukkan toge
Tambahkan air jeruk aduk rata, dan angkat
Tambahkan potongan mentimun, aduk rata
Siap disajikan
Ingredients
100 g of bean sprout
1 carrot, cut into smaller as the size you want
1 Cucumber
50 g of instant grated coconut
1 lemon grass, thinly slice
25 g of dried shrimp
4 cloves of union, thinly slice
2 teaspoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of smooth chili
1 teaspoon of Salt
Procedure
Mix onion, grated coconut and smooth chili and then dry without cooking oil, keep in stirring until the colour is turn into brown
Add dried shrimp; keep in stirring until the delicious aroma is coming
Add lemon grass, carrot, stir for 5 minutes and then add bean sprout. Keep in stirring for 3 minutes, and then lift it from the pan.
Add chopped cucumber, mix and then ready to serve
