Bahan
- 2 potong ikan asin
- 6 potong sawi
- 1 sendok makan cabe merah yang telah dihaluskan
- 1 tomat, iris tipis
- 2 siung bawang merah, iris tips
- Daun Pisang
Cara Pembuatan
- Masukkan sawi, ikan asin, cabe, bawang merah dan tomat kedalam daun pisang
- Kukus sampai matang
- Angkat dan bakar sebelum disajikan
Ingredients
- 2 Dried salted fish
- 4 pieces of flowering Chinese cabbage
- 1 teaspoon of smooth chili
- 1 tomato, thinly slice
- 2 cloves of onion, thinly slice
- Banana leaves
Procedures
- Add together dried salted fish, flowering Chinese cabbage, smooth chili, tomato and onions into banana leaves
- Steam until cooked through
- Grill before serving
