Dendeng Balado - Fried Meat Spicy



Bahan
  • 800 gram daging
  • 50 gram bawang merah
  • 300 ml air
  • 2 sendok teh garam
  • 2 sendok teh cabe halus
  • 2 buah tomat

Cara Pembuatan
  • Rebus daging dengan 40 g bawang merah dan garam selama 20 menit.
  • Diamkan selama 1/2 jam agar bumbu meresap
  • Goreng 1/2 matang, lalu dipukul diatas cobek
  • Goreng lagi sampai garing, pisahkan
  • Bikin sambel dengan cara mencampurkan bawang merah yang tersisa, tomat dan cabe. Goreng sampai matang
  • Tambahkan kaldu sisa rebusan daging, aduk selama 3 menit
  • Siap disajikan




Ingredients
  • 800 g of beef
  • 50 g of onion
  • 2 teaspoons of Smooth chili
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

Procedures
  • Boil the beef with 40 g of onion and salt for 20 minutes, leave it for 30 minutes
  • Fry the beef until half cooked
  • Lift and beat the beef over the stone (In indonesia is known as cobek or ulekan)
  • Fry again until the colour turn into brown-black, put aside.
  • Make the chili sauce by mixing smooth chili, onion and tomato, fry until cooked.
  • Add the broth of boiled beef, stir for 3 minutes
  • ready to serve
