Bahan
- 500 g daging
- 10 cabe merah, haluskan
- 2 cm jahe, haluskan
- 2 cm lengkuas, haluskan
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
- 1 lembar daun kunyit
- 1 batang sereh,
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 2 sendok teh ketumbar
- 400 ml santan kaleng
Cara pembuatan
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah dengan 2 sendok makan santan
- Tambahkan cabe, kunyit, jahe, laos dan ketumbar, aduk sampai harum
- Tambahkan air sebanyak 1 liter air dan santan 400 ml, aduk sampai mendidih.
- Tambahkan daun jeruk, daun sereh, daun salam dan daun kunyit
- Masukkan daging, aduk, sampai santan mengental dan warna berubah menjadi coklat dan berminyak.
- Siap disajikan.
Ingredients

- 10 chili, grind

Procedures
